🏅 Official Description of the EIMA Medals
The medals of the European International Music Awards (EIMA) represent far more than a simple recognition: they are a tangible symbol of excellence, prestige, and artistic value, destined to endure over time.
Crafted to the highest standards of fine manufacturing, these medals are available in three variants — gold, silver, and bronze — each designed to reflect, through premium materials and refined finishes, the level of distinction awarded.
Each medal features a substantial diameter of 85 mm and a thickness of 5 mm, giving it a remarkable visual presence and a sense of solidity and quality to the touch. The meticulous attention to detail, combined with a satin finish and soft metallic reflections, results in a refined and timeless aesthetic.
The design, inspired by classical tradition, depicts an allegorical scene centered on Apollo, the god of music and the arts, surrounded by his disciples in an idyllic setting. This composition celebrates music as a universal language and a shared cultural heritage. The engravings are executed with precision, ensuring exceptional clarity and a high-level visual impact.

Each medal is housed in a rigid presentation case lined with black velvet, custom-designed to perfectly accommodate the piece and elevate its presentation. The precisely crafted interior ensures stability and protection, making the award ideal for long-term preservation.
Note on Engraving: Medals are delivered with the reverse side blank. No personalization or engraving is included. Winners may arrange custom engraving (name, category, year) independently through local jewelers or trophy shops.

Shipping is included in the price. Delivery takes approximately 6–8 weeks from the time of order (we will aim to deliver sooner depending on the factory’s production and printing schedule).

Receiving an EIMA medal means becoming part of an international context of artistic excellence. It is a recognition that extends beyond the moment of the award ceremony, preserving its meaning over time and becoming a symbolic legacy to be passed on.

Due to their high value and premium manufacturing standards, the medals are produced exclusively upon request and not individually. The production process at the factory is initiated only when a certain quantity of medals is reached, as the machinery is continuously engaged in manufacturing medals for other organizations, including international competitions, Olympic events, high-level sports championships, commemorations, and institutional events across Europe and beyond.
For this reason, EIMA Awards will collect all orders from winners within a few days following the official announcement, allowing sufficient time for recipients to place their orders according to their preferences. Consequently, medal production will begin no earlier than two weeks after the winners are announced.
The entire process—including production, handling, storage, packaging, and shipping—results in an estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Whenever possible, we will make every effort to shorten these timelines.
Once the medals are shipped, the delivery date and tracking information will be promptly communicated.
